At Luxedore, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our community at large, we have been working hard restructuring our supply chain to ensure all packages are are sanitized before shipment and are delivered using contact free delivery. 

We are continuing to follow federal, state, and local guidelines. We are doing everything we can to keep our community safe and feel this is the best decision for the current evolving situation.

For your reassurance as a customer, all orders are sanitized and shipped using contact free delivery. Our orders will also be delivered free of contact to your address. We conduct frequent and extensive cleaning in our facilities with no access to visitors maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Our partner shipping carriers continue to follow the recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

Additionally, we are extending our returns and exchange policy. For all purchases made March 1st onwards, returns and exchanges will be accepted until June 30, 2020. We will extend this date should the current situation worsen.

Due to extra safety measures around COVID-19 at our facilities, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing of standard orders. We are striving to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, but appreciate your patience during this time. We ship using USPS Priority mail, however, deliveries may be delayed since shipping carriers are prioritizing essential items first.
