Return Conditions

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. After this window, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging and any included materials. We inspect every return upon receipt.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Please do not send items back in a used or open condition; all returns are directed through our team.

How Returns Work

02 SHIP YOUR ITEM

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

03 RECEIVE YOUR REFUND

Once received and inspected, we'll email you confirmation and process your refund within a few business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

☐ REFUNDS

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically appears within 3–7 business days. Certain sale items may be eligible for a refund β€” Final Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

↻ EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@luxedore.com with photos of the damage.

🎁 GIFT RETURNS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift was not marked as such, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchase of shipping insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

As personal care products, fragrances are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. However, under limited circumstances, our team may review your specific situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may accept a return or issue a replacement. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Opened, used, or unsealed fragrances
  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer use
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refund?

If you haven't seen your refund yet, please follow these steps before reaching out:

1. Double-check your bank account or payment app β€” it may already be there.
2. Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to arrive after it was issued to your original form of payment.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time on their end.
